Hi there! My name is Amie and I run My Fabric Dresser

I started My Fabric Dresser as a way to offer my fellow sewists more fun fabrics that can be harder to source especially here in Canada. My goal is to stand out from traditional quilt and fabric shops and be your go to for funky finds but also still offer some traditional products

About me:

I’m married with 3human kiddos and 2 fur babies. I used to sew a lot but my awesome customers keep me busy filling orders. So now I mostly strike sew. I love to design my own patterns and currently have 4 published

I sew on a Juki 2010Q which I love. Shopping is an activity I really enjoy which is probably why I’m great to run an online retail store. I’m a sucker for romance novels and love Nora Roberts. I prefer to bake over cook but don’t have tons of time to get much done. I’ve broken an ankle and dislocated an elbow thankfully not at the same time. My favourite 2 cities to visit are Toronto and Niagara Falls
