Before reaching out and waiting for a reply from us, check out this current status regarding each round.

Round 36.5 (Apr 10-14) Wrapping up shipping
Round 37 (Apr 24-30) Orders shipping to customers ON TIME
Round 37.5 (May 13-17) On route to Canada/Arizona ON TIME
Round 38 (May 25-31) In Production ON TIME
Round 38.5 (June 10-14) In production ON TIME
Preorder round 39 (June 23-29) In production ON TIME

As noted on the website in various places; product/category pages, FAQ, newsletter, social media, policy pages, info pages, and email confirmations; All preorders take 8-9 weeks for production before it will arrive to our fulfillment locations. Then we need 2 weeks to fully ship out every single order. Keep in mind delays outside of our control can happen and can affect the timeline (which will be updated here).
