Here is our extensive and details FAQ section for everything wholesale. Please go through everything as it answers almost all questions here.

General Questions

Our wholesale program is for those who are buying bulk items to get better pricing.

Any sole proprietor or business who goes through thousands of dollars of wholesale consistently. Whether that is a reseller, a store, or someone who makes a lot of items.

No, you can do it as a sole proprietor.

Our wholesale program isn't meant for regular buyers, it's for users and businesses who need bulk items consistently.

If you don't order within a 12 month period, your account will be downgraded in tier.

No, wholesale prodcts are for those who either resell the product, or create something with the product for sale.

Free samples for bases are available on our website. You just have to cover shipping

We can't guarantee continuous yardage, that's not something the printer manufactuer is going to guarantee.

Ordering Questions

To apply, fill out our Wholesale Application form here.

Once you submit an application, it will automatically email that to us. We'll need some time to review all the information before making a decision. At this time there is no timeframe given for approvals.

Yes, the minimum is $1200.00

No, subsequent orders after the first order do not have a minimum requirement.

Yes, within limitations. Each item is different. Many items have a minimum quantity requirement. Some variations also have a minimum. Please see each individual item for details.

Currently orders are only done through email. This will change in July of 2026 as the entire system will move to automatically done online like a regular online order.

You must apply and get approved first to access wholesale areas.

Only up until the order is submitted to the printer (which is usually sooner than later.) Please contact us right away.

Payment Questions

All payment methods are accepted that Shopify allows us. Debit, credit, paypal, payment plans (app), etransfers, and more. If you are paying by cheque, please note that the check must fully clear before we can start processing.

Payment is due upfront when placing an order.

Only through the Shopify apps. You must apply directly with them. Options can be seen at checkout.

We are not currently offering net terms. This is something we may look into in the future.

Taxes if any are calculated at checkout, and is based on the sales amount (if applicable).

Orders are paid by multiple currencies, and then converted automatically by Shopify.

Invoices are automatically emailed.

Yes, please contact us for instructions on how to do it.

Yes, we can do a split payment.

Shipping Questions

Yes, wholesale orders for USA and Canada customers are all free shipping with $150 or more order value before taxes and after discounts. Other international orders are subject to delivery costs depending on the country.

Canada primary shipping carrier is Intelcom/Dragonfly (Amazon delivery network.)
USA we use USPS and UPS.
We use others too.

Yes we ship anywhere in the world.

After we receive the wholesale production, shipping can vary depending on your location and method of shipping used. It's generally fast though.

Yes, all orders for wholesale will have tracking.

Yes, all wholesale orders are insured.

Yes, except for Canada. USA and international we do. Canada we do not.

Buyers are responsible for any duties, import fees or taxes (if applicable) with importing items into their own country.

Issue Questions

You'll first want to reach out to the carrier who is shipping your package. Use the tracking to contact them. See what they have to say. Check with neighbours. If they deem the package lost during transit, you'll want to start the process to file for insurance with the courier. Afterwards, let us know so we can help out.

You'll probably want to check your cameras, talk to neighbours and file a police report. If your home owners insurance covers that, they may be able to assist you with a claim. Shipping insurance doesn't cover stolen packages.

Check to see if its just the box or if the product is damage. If the product is damaged, take photos and let us know how much of the product is affected. Send the photos to our wholesale email right away.

Shipping insurance claims vary depending on the country and carrier used. You have to check the tracking and see what carrier it was shipped and check their website to follow their proceedures and policies.

If your wholesale order is rejected at the door by you, the shipping company typically holds onto it for a couple weeks for you to arrange delivery again or to pickup. They don't send it back. It's costly to send orders back. If you doin't accept the order, it will get destroyed and no reufnd is given. All wholesale orders are final-sale.

If you are missing items, first check the packing slip for any notes. Also check your email. If you've received no notices that things are backordered or shipping separately, reach out to us and let us know what is missing.

Custom Order Questions

Yes we do.

Yes, you can submit your own artwork file.

It needs to be high resolution, seamless, high DPI and print ready.

Yes, we do $75 for basic setup per design, or $250 for fully managed setup per design.

Basic setup is where we take your file, convert it to printer format, submit to our printer manufacturer, and they make the adjustments to their machines. You will need to make sure the file is ready for printing without errors yourself in the design.

Everything in basic, but we verify the file, and ensure it's seamless without errors, and proper resolution. We will check it if there is issues before printing and help with editing and fixing.

Custom orders add-on a few extra days to setup a new print file compared to printing something we've already done before. It depends on the complexity of the order.

Rights stay with the user who submitted it.

Tiered Membership Questions

The Tiered Membership Program rewards wholesale members with better pricing as their annual purchases increase. As your business grows and you place more wholesale orders, you may qualify for higher membership levels and larger discounts on future purchases.

There are four membership levels:

  • Level 1: $1,200.00 – $4,999.99
  • Level 2: $5,000.00 – $9,999.99
  • Level 3: $10,000.00 – $19,999.99
  • Level 4: $20,000.00+

Each level provides increased discounts on eligible wholesale products.

Membership levels are based on your total wholesale spending during a rolling 12-month period. Once your spending reaches the next tier threshold, your account will automatically trigger a review and we will upgrad it to the new membership level.

Membership upgrades are applied after qualifying purchases have been processed and recorded. Once upgraded, the new pricing level will apply to all future wholesale orders.

No. Membership discounts are not retroactive. New discount levels only apply to orders placed after your account has been upgraded.

Membership levels remain active as long as your wholesale account remains in good standing and at least one wholesale order is placed within a 12-month period.

Accounts with no wholesale purchases for 12 consecutive months may be downgraded to the lowest membership level. Future purchases will then start again at the first level of tier.

Most wholesale products participate in the Tiered Membership Program. Discount percentages may vary by product category, material type, and manufacturing requirements. Current discount schedules are available to approved wholesale members.

Different products have different manufacturing, sourcing, shipping, and material costs. Because of this, discount percentages vary by category. This allows us to provide competitive wholesale pricing while maintaining product quality and service standards.

Yes, if you are ordering a larger amount for your first order more than the lowest tier requirement, we will activate your new higher tier for your first order and start you there.
